DESCRIPTION: The Proposed 100 beds general hospital is being developed and is set to be built at Plot No.p2, Sector: S.E. 43, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi for OSA medical hospital. The hospital has a total of 27,856.00 sqm gross floor area. SORA consulting engineers LLC appointed ECOBUILD as the project's sustainability consultant to ensure that the project achieves One Pearl under Estidama Design Rating System.

  • Green Building Certification (ESTIDAMA 1 Pearl)
  • Value Engineering and Commissioning Consultancy
  • Energy Simulation and Modeling
